QUEST negotiations finalized
The negotiations of the QUEST contract with the European Commission have been finalised (June 4, 2009).
The negotiations of the QUEST contract with the European Commission have been finalised. While this does not mean the project is funded this constitutes a major step towards the final approval by the commission. The proposed project start date is December 1, 2009.
